The location is great. (1) It is nearby two major train lines - the subway/ metro and JR. (2) You can head here straight from haneda airport without changing trains. (3) Walking to the train station from the hotel has no elevation. (3) If into more quiet neighborhood, the location is quiet and has decent food places to eat. (4) It is nearby Shiba Koen (park + temple) and Tokyo tower. It's a nice view walking towards the hotel from the train stations. As for the hotel. (1) The hotel has all the basic amenities, nicely decorated and comfortable. (2) In the context of japan's small hotel room, this hotel room is quite a good size for a single traveller. I could lay my clamshell small and mid size luggages yet still be able to walk comfortably and the desk size is decent to do work rather comfortably. (3) The people at the reception desk are helpful. English is decent enough to get basic things done. (4) You can get your 24/36/72 hr tourist metro/ subway card from the hotel lobby, if you didn't purchase from outside of Japan or at main metro/ subway ticket offices. (5) The room has windows that can be partially opened which is nice to get some fresh air. For muslim, (based on my prayer app and at least for my room - facing Takeshiba St, single room), there's a comfortable space for prayer that aligns with the qibla. [ This was my main concern when it comes to room size and layout, so I was really happy about it ]

Location. It's 5min walk to the subway station and 7 min walk to Yamanote line station. Very close to thw Tokyo Tower (maybe 10-12min walk?) and you can see it from the outside of the hotel. Loads of restaurants around and convenient stores. The room was cozy but we live in UK and this wasn't a shock! Bed was a standard double size. Clean rooms, fresh bedding, power shower. No restaurant in the hotel but for breakfast, you get Starbucks vouchers (1800 yens per day, per couple) amd Starbucksis right next to the hotel (you can also use those vouchers anywhere in Japan). 2 washer-dryers available (you can check the status of the washing machine on your tv! How convenient is that?!). Staff were very helpful and friendly! Very happy with this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel twice on our recent trip to Japan. The hotel has a very convenient location close to the Haneda monorail, and JR and subway stations. The room was an average size by Japanese standards, and was clean and quiet. One of the rooms had a good street view. The staff were efficient and checking in and out was smooth. One staff member was very helpful getting us a taxi for our big load of luggage on a rainy day when taxis in the street weren't stopping for us. The free wifi worked well.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Zojo-ji, and the stroll to the hotel offers a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel is just a short distance from the Tokyo Monorail, making it incredibly easy to get to Haneda Airport. That meant we didn’t have to deal with complicated transfers or long travel times, which made our trip much smoother, especially with an early flight.

There was a Starbucks certificate given to those who had pre-paid for breakfast. US$6.00 was not enough to pay for my breakfast of warm orange juice granola-yogurt parfait, muffin and coffee. I didn't really mind, and the latte with an extra shot was delicious.
