Location. It's 5min walk to the subway station and 7 min walk to Yamanote line station. Very close to thw Tokyo Tower (maybe 10-12min walk?) and you can see it from the outside of the hotel. Loads of restaurants around and convenient stores. The room was cozy but we live in UK and this wasn't a shock! Bed was a standard double size. Clean rooms, fresh bedding, power shower. No restaurant in the hotel but for breakfast, you get Starbucks vouchers (1800 yens per day, per couple) amd Starbucksis right next to the hotel (you can also use those vouchers anywhere in Japan). 2 washer-dryers available (you can check the status of the washing machine on your tv! How convenient is that?!). Staff were very helpful and friendly! Very happy with this hotel.

We found this hotel on our first visit to Japan in September of 2023. When my wife and I returned in April of 2024 we decided to stay here our first night to be both close to Tokyo Tower for a morning walk, and also for the general convenience of being in Minato. The hotel was clean, staff was excellent (this comes as no surprise given we're talking about Japanese hospitality), and overall the hotel was a nice, comfortable stay. The only ding is due to the size of the room. It was a bit cramped for my wife and I to navigate around with 2 large rolling bags, but we managed. Still, this is somewhat commonplace in Tokyo, where real estate is at a premium. We would happily stay here again!

This hotel is a great option for a clean and comfortable stay in Tokyo. While the rooms are on the smaller side (by western standards), they don’t feel too cramped, making them ideal for a short stay. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was tidy and pleasant. For breakfast you receive a gift card for the Starbucks located conveniently downstairs, which is perfect for a quick and familiar start to your day. The location is excellent, with easy access to metro lines, a nearby JR station, and Tokyo Tower just a short walk away. Additionally, there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options to suit any taste or budget.

We stayed at this hotel twice on our recent trip to Japan. The hotel has a very convenient location close to the Haneda monorail, and JR and subway stations. The room was an average size by Japanese standards, and was clean and quiet. One of the rooms had a good street view. The staff were efficient and checking in and out was smooth. One staff member was very helpful getting us a taxi for our big load of luggage on a rainy day when taxis in the street weren't stopping for us. The free wifi worked well.

Very convenient for getting from and to Haneda Airport on the Monorail. Close to Hamamatsucho station, Shiba Koen park and Zojo-ji Temple. Can wash your own laundry very easily and quickly. Room tiny but had everything I needed. Very useful map of local restaurants and bars.
